 -Gynura procumbens - Longevity spinach
Hailing from tropical Asia, longevity spinach greens can be eaten raw or cooked. The plant is the focus of extensive pharmacological research for its numerous health benefits.

Medicinal Uses: Antihypertensive, cardioprotective, antihyperglycemic, fertility enhancement, anticancer, antimicrobial, antioxidant, organ protective, anti-inflammatory.

-Maca is a Peruvian plant that may have various health benefits, such as boosting libido, increasing energy, and improving mood. It may also help manage menopause symptoms and blood pressure. Maca grows in the Andes mountains. It is a cruciferous vegetable, meaning that it is related to broccoli, cabbage, and kale.

-AMLA- Scientific evidence indicates that polyphenols are central components in fruits and other sections of the amla tree, as well as vitamin C. The rich composition of polyphenols and vitamin C imparts vital antioxidant activity and essential in vivo effects, including improved antioxidant status and activity of the endogenous antioxidant defense system. Other potential health benefits are the anti-hyperlipidemia and antidiabetic activities and the anticancer, anti-inflammatory, digestive tract and neurological protective activities. The promising results provided by the studies about amla bioactive compounds support their potential role in promoting health and preventing diseases.

It is one of the few vegetables rich in omega-3 fatty acids, essential to support healthy arteries and can help prevent strokes, heart attacks, and other forms of heart disease. Purslane has the highest recorded levels of omega-3 fatty acids of any land-based plant.

-Gymnema Sylvestre contains gymnemic acid, which suppresses the taste of sugar and reduces sugar cravings. The herb is also thought to block the absorption of glucose and fat in the intestines, aiding in treating obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

-Carnosine is a dipeptide synthesised in the body from β-alanine and L-histidine. It was initially discovered in skeletal muscle, where it is present in more significant amounts than in other tissues. Still, it is also found in high concentrations in humans' brain, heart, and gastrointestinal tissues. It is an integral part of different tissues in all vertebrates, while plants do not contain it at all.

Although its physiological role has not yet been completely understood, carnosine is a non-enzymatic free-radical scavenger and a natural antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. Furthermore, its numerous beneficial effects have now been well established, including pH-buffering activity. Heavy metal chelating activity and antiglycating activity. Carnosine reduces lipid peroxidation and inhibits oxidative modification of proteins exposed to hydroxyl radicals. Furthermore, it improves antioxidant capacity.

-Spirulina is a blue-green algae and is believed to be one of the oldest life forms on Earth.

First used by the Aztecs as an endurance booster, spirulina is considered a superfood — an all-in-one source of nutrients, including protein levels comparable to eggs. The Aztecs also used spirulina to treat various diseases, and legends say that the kingdom’s messengers used the algae to sustain their marathon runs. Modern research supports many of the alleged benefits of taking spirulina and continues to study its potential for treating health concerns.

-Other ingredients include Cinnamon, Cayenne, Berberine, Moringa, Turinga, and Paramagnetic Trace Minerals.
